This binding will not disappoint you in any way and I will second everything that was told about it lightens and rigidity, BUT only if you have newer board with 4x2 (or channel) bolt pattern. I planned to swap these among several boards I use for different snow conditions but minidisk can’t be attached to boards with older 4x4 pattern. It was a bummer to find that out on the resort.

Used to ride another brand of bindings habitually and then I decided to give Mervin a go at the redesigned Bent Metal. I've rode the Transfers and they a pretty sweet but then I got THESE!! When combined with my Banana Magic it makes one of the lightest and most responsive setups I've had in Snowboarding in 15 years!! The no BS setup is great, the stiffness is perfect, and the drive-plates is what makes this package come together like no other. Total comfort, total control, light weight, and best of all RELIABLE!! New Bent-Metal fan here but keep making these as sweet as they are and I'll keep riding them. I've already converted one of my friends too. Thanks BMBW!!
